Tactical Wave Training is back!
Tactical Wave v. 3.0 builds on the foundation laid in previous blocks and refines it into a simpler, more effective, circuit-based system. Strength, core stability, and conditioning are no longer separated—they are paired together in one flowing circuit.

What Is Tactical Wave v. 3.0?
Tactical Wave v. 3.0 is a full-body, circuit-based strength program designed to help us become stronger, more capable, and more resilient.
Each session blends:
Wave-loaded strength
Intentional core and accessory training
Athletic conditioning and plyometrics
Every movement has a reason. Every rep has a purpose.
What’s Different This Time?

We simplified the format to improve results:
6 main supersets per session, performed as a circuit
Strength is built into the circuit—no separate barbell block
Wave loading drives progressive overload
Core, functional, plyometric and conditioning pairings
How the Wave Works

Each workout runs two full waves:
For Example:
Wave 1: Starts with a higher number of reps for exercise 1 in the superset, to be completed for the first set of each movement.
We will pair that set of the wave with the 2nd exercise which has a set number of repetitions or time.
As you work through the circuit during each set as reps drop, intensity rises—without sacrificing technique. This keeps training challenging, repeatable, and sustainable.
You will complete 6 total sets of the circuit each session
Weekly Focus

Monday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Upper Body
Friday: Posterior Chain & Back
You still train the whole body every session, but with a clear emphasis that supports recovery and long-term progress.
