Strength and Performance Training
STS Strength and Performance sessions are designed to improve your general physical preparedness by increasing your strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, and/or sport-specific endurance.
Whether you are training for a specific sport or for life, STS Strength and Performance sessions will get you there.
Stronger, Leaner, Better
The most efficient way to build muscle, burn fat, improve movement, increase bone density, and improve overall quality of life is through increasing your strength.
This is the ultimate functional strength and conditioning class around!
In this class, we use kettlebells, barbells, suspension training, bodyweight training, ropes, sleds, and more.
Prepare to be challenged and sweat in all sessions!
Tabata Tuesday is a total body, high-intensity interval training style (HIIT) workout. Tabata targets both your aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (strength) systems at once. This is an intense workout that not only increases metabolism and heart rate by working out your cardiovascular system, it also helps you burn fat, build muscle, and increase strength and endurance!
