ADVANCED ATHLETIC STRENGTH TRAINING
The heart and soul of STS--these classes include elite-level strength & conditioning programming.
Three day, periodized programs rotate every four weeks between two blocks: accumulation (body composition/capacity focus) and intensification (power or strength focus).

Every member has an individualized workout that coaches can track through the use of the online TrainHeroic app.
