STRUCTURED SESSIONS BUILD STRENGTH, MOBILITY, FITNESS, & PREVENT INJURY.

At Sobotor Training Systems, we sequence through mobility, strength, & conditioning. The results = greater relative strength, work capacity, and improved body composition.

Expect a component of every 60-minute class to focus on the following:

  • Mobility development

  • Corrective exercises

  • Proprioception (balance & body awareness)

  • Strength and Conditioning

ADVANCED ATHLETIC STRENGTH TRAINING

 

The heart and soul of STS--these classes include elite-level strength & conditioning programming.

 

Three day, periodized programs rotate every four weeks between two blocks: accumulation (body composition/capacity focus) and intensification (power or strength focus).

  • Every member has an individualized workout that coaches can track through the use of the online TrainHeroic app.

  • Workout in groups of up to 18 people.

  • Designed for all levels from beginners to advanced athletes.
